Tom is a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant and is a Charter Member of the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Tom currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce and serves as Treasurer of the Community CareClinic of Rowan County.
